## What you need to supply

Telemetry you include with the review, as a number on errorRate. There is no live metrics connection.

## If it reports a finding

Medium below 0.2, and high at 0.2 or above. The suggested next step is to inspect failing requests, bound retries, and check alert thresholds.

## What this does not prove

If errorRate is missing, the check is skipped. It does not invent a rate from logs.
